What you're buying

You, Decoded produces written personal readings from photos you upload (and, for numerology, your name and date of birth), interpreted through traditional practices — Chinese face reading, palmistry, iridology, tongue reading, and numerology — with the help of AI, and reviewed by a human before delivery.

Readings are for insight, reflection, education, and entertainment. They present the interpretations of traditional systems, in that tradition's voice. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, they diagnose nothing, and they should never be used in place of a qualified professional. If a reading ever seems to touch something health-related, that is the tradition speaking, not a clinical finding.

Delivery

Your reading is delivered by email, normally well within 24 hours of completed photo upload. A reading link works for 30 days; if yours expires, reply to the delivery email and we'll send a fresh one.

Refunds

We want you to be glad you did this. If something about your Decode misses, reply within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — that can include a full refund.

If you paid but never uploaded photos, reply to any of our emails and we'll refund you.

Your photos and data

Your original uploaded photos are deleted within 3 days after successful delivery of your reading. Your finished reading keeps a small optimized copy of your photo as part of the delivered product. Everything else about data handling lives in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

You must own or have the right to submit the photos you upload, the photos must be of you (or of someone who has asked you to obtain a reading for them and consented to it), and you must be 18 or older to purchase.

Your reading

Your reading is yours for personal use — read it, keep it, share it with whoever you like. Please don't resell it or pass the product off as your own.

The boring but honest part

The service is provided as-is; to the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

You, Decoded is operated from Canada (payments are processed by 13592791 Canada Inc.), and these terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Questions, problems, anything at all: hello@youdecoded.ca — a human reads it.
