What you're buying

You, Decoded produces written personal readings from photos you upload (and, for numerology, your name and date of birth), interpreted through traditional practices — Chinese face reading, palmistry, iridology, tongue reading, and numerology — with the help of AI, and reviewed by a human before delivery.

Readings are for insight, reflection, education, and entertainment. They present the interpretations of traditional systems, in that tradition's voice. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, they diagnose nothing, and they should never be used in place of a qualified professional. If a reading ever seems to touch something health-related, that is the tradition speaking, not a clinical finding.

Delivery

Your reading is delivered by email, normally well within 24 hours of completed photo upload. A reading link works for 30 days; if yours expires, reply to the delivery email and we'll send a fresh one.

Refunds

We want you to be glad you did this. If something about your Decode misses, reply within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — that can include a full refund.

If you paid but never uploaded photos, reply to any of our emails and we'll refund you.

Your photos and data

Your original uploaded photos are deleted within 3 days after successful delivery of your reading. Your finished reading keeps a small optimized copy of your photo as part of the delivered product. Everything else about data handling lives in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

You must own or have the right to submit the photos you upload, the photos must be of you (or of someone who has asked you to obtain a reading for them and consented to it), and you must be 18 or older to purchase.

Your reading

Your reading is yours for personal use — read it, keep it, share it with whoever you like. Please don't resell it or pass the product off as your own.

Sales Presence Pack (for teams)

A business can buy a Sales Presence Pack and choose its team size, each seat a First Impression Decode for one person. The buyer sees the exact total before paying, pays once, and receives one private invitation link per seat to forward, plus a status page. Participation is each person's own choice; taking part or declining is never reported to the buyer, who sees only aggregate completion counts — never photos, readings, answers, decline, or any individual's status.

The Pack is a development experience, not an assessment. It must not be used for hiring, ranking, compensation, promotion, discipline, or any performance or employment decision, and it makes no claim about anyone's ability, character, or fitness for a role. Each participant's reading is produced from their own photos and is private to them. Requiring an employee to take part, or using anyone's results for an employment decision, is a misuse of the product and outside what these terms permit.

During this founding period the Pack is offered in Canada excluding Quebec while we complete a French-language and Quebec-consent review. Buyer and participant emails are used only to run the Pack and deliver each person's own results; a participant receives marketing email only if they separately opt in.

The boring but honest part

The service is provided as-is; to the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
